Terms of Service

1. The rental
Waste Rescue KC ("we", "us") rents a 14-yard dump trailer for the duration and at the rates shown at booking. The customer ("you") agrees to use the trailer only at the service address listed in the booking and only for non-prohibited materials.
2. Prohibited materials
You may not place hazardous waste, tires, batteries, appliances containing Freon, asbestos, lead-based materials, paints, oils, solvents, fuels, pool chemicals, medical waste, or biohazards in the trailer. If we discover prohibited materials, you authorize us to charge the cost of proper disposal plus a $250 sorting fee.
3. Payment
Payment is collected at booking via Square. Tonnage overages, late returns, and damage are billed to the same payment method on file.
4. Operating hours
Drop-offs and pickups run daily after 4:00 PM Central Time, with full Thursday–Saturday coverage 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. We will confirm a 1-hour arrival window the day before service.
5. Damage & placement
You are responsible for ensuring the drop-off location is accessible and able to bear the loaded weight (~12,000 lbs). We are not liable for driveway, pavement, or landscaping damage caused by trailer weight unless we have failed to follow instructions you provided in writing.
6. Cancellation
Cancellations more than 24 hours before drop-off receive a full refund. Within 24 hours, a $50 trip fee applies.
7. Limitation of liability
Our total liability under any rental is limited to the rental fee paid. We disclaim all consequential, incidental, and indirect damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Disputes are resolved in Clay County, MO.
